Privacy policy

This policy applies to the EMMa Operations website, published by Elgibe Solutions SRL at emma-operations.com. It does not describe the EMMa Operations product, which runs inside a customer’s own network.

What this website collects

Nothing. This site uses no analytics and no tracking software, displays no advertising, and has no user accounts, no contact form and no newsletter signup.

The only personal data reaching Elgibe Solutions SRL from this site is what you choose to send by email or telephone using the details on the contact page.

Cookies

No optional or tracking cookies are used. Any cookie present would be one strictly required by the hosting provider for delivery and security of the site.

Fonts

This site loads two typefaces, Archivo and IBM Plex Mono, from the Google Fonts service at fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. This is the only third-party request the site makes.

Google Fonts sets no cookie and is not used for advertising, but serving a font file means your IP address and browser user-agent are visible to Google as the request is made. If you would prefer this not to happen, a browser extension or content blocker that blocks those two domains will stop the request — the site remains fully readable, in a fallback typeface.

The launch reminder

The “Add to calendar” button generates a calendar file inside your browser and downloads it to your device. Nothing is sent to us and no record is kept.

The “Google Calendar” button is an ordinary link that opens Google’s own calendar service in a new tab. Nothing is transmitted until you click it, and from that point Google’s privacy terms apply rather than ours.

Hosting

The hosting provider may keep standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability. These logs are not used by Elgibe Solutions SRL for analytics or profiling.
