EMMa is a manufacturing operations management platform based on the Efficiency Management Method. It connects people, processes, operational information and improvement activities so that manufacturing organizations can make better decisions.

The platform is designed for plants where the information already exists but sits in separate systems, meetings and spreadsheets. EMMa brings that information together with the context needed to act on it.
