01The problem
Production
Output, speed, downtime, changeovers.
Quality
Defects, scrap, rework, complaints.
Maintenance
Failures, repair time, spares, plans.
Logistics
Stock, shortages, delivery performance.
Finance
Cost, margin, variance, budget.
Each of these is measured accurately, and each is reported on its own terms. None of them, on its own, tells a management team where this week's biggest loss actually sits.
What matters most?
What should we do next?
02What EMMa connects
Every stage already exists in a plant. What is usually missing is the connection between them — and the shared context that lets one department's number mean something to another.
03From data to decisions
Six steps, in order. Skipping one is how a plant ends up with accurate reporting and no improvement.
04EMM and EMMa
The method
Efficiency Management Method
A management method for connecting operational information, establishing context, setting priorities and deciding what comes next. It came out of practical manufacturing management, not from a software roadmap.
The platform
Operations management platform
The digital environment that puts the method to work: people, processes, responsibilities, customer demand, operational data, performance, problems, improvement actions, organizational knowledge and economic impact, in one place.
EMM provides the management logic. EMMa makes that logic operational and accessible.
For clarity: EMMa is not an MES, an ERP replacement, a dashboard, a reporting tool or a chatbot. It is broader than any of them, and it exists to support a decision rather than to store a record.
05AI-assisted guidance
EMMa is designed to help each person see their role, their objectives, current performance, open problems and priorities.
Conversational access makes that organizational context easy to reach, so the question a shift leader or a plant manager asks becomes a practical one.
EMMa is speaking
What should I do next?
EMMa answers with the operational reality behind the question — the loss, its size, its owner and what has already been tried. It supports the decision. It does not take it.
